Destinations & cost:

- We ship worldwide.

- UK standard shipping is FREE.

- UK express delivery (1-3 business days) is £4.99.

- International delivery is calculated at checkout based on weight.

- International orders may be subject to customs and handling fees when the package reaches its destination country.

- We can only post to the shipping address provided.

- We ship within 2-3 business days-

- UK shipping takes 3-5 business days

- International shipping times vary depending on shipping provider, destination and other factors. Please drop us a message on Instagram or contact us here for an estimated shipping time.

- We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit & Debit Cards.

- If you would like to pay via PayPal please drop us a message on our Instagram.

Please note that exchange fees may apply if your currency is not GBP.

- Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we do not offer refunds

- We aim to list any faults with our items in the description, however if anything has been missed, please contact us via Instagram or here.

- We recommend you read the descriptions thoroughly and check your measurements to avoid disappointment.

- Garment measurements are provided in the descriptions.

- We also provide estimated sizes in the descriptions. We believe in wearing clothing in the way that makes you feel best, so an item may suit a UK 10 oversized, or a UK 16 fitted – this is why checking measurements is so important!

- We stock sizes XXS-XXL, however as every piece is true vintage, some sizes are less common to come across. Please keep this in mind, we truly believe there is no sustainability in fashion without inclusivity, and try to stock a range of sizes wherever possible.

- Our model is a UK 8-10, 5”5, 28” waist, 36” bust.

- Our mannequin is a UK 6, 26” waist, 33” bust, where applicable.

The easiest method is by comparing our garment measurements to a similar item you already own. See here where to measure on your garment.

- Orders can be cancelled or amended unless the item(s) have already been dispatched.

- Should you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us here, or via our socials. We will respond as soon as possible, however in some cases we may not see your message in time.

- If you need to change your shipping or billing address, please get in touch. We will need to refund your order so you can repurchase with the correct address.

- We’re sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived! We recommend you check your post for a paper slip, posties may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at a local post office for collection.

- If you’re worried that your parcel is lost, please contact us here or via our Instagram.

- Please note that we cannot treat a parcel as lost until 10 business days after estimated date of arrival for UK shipping, 20 business days for Europe shipping, and 25 business days elsewhere.

- Refunds cannot be issued for lost parcels after 80 days from date of dispatch.

 

When will I receive a refund for a lost parcel?

Usually within 3-5 business days after we have spoken. We need to contact the shipping provider first to confirm that the parcel is definitely lost, once we have confirmation we will issue your refund.

- We dispatch your item(s) within 2-3 business days.

- UK standard shipping aims to deliver within 3-5 business days.

- UK express shipping aims to deliver within 1-3 business days.

- International shipping times are dependent on your location and other factors, please contact us for an estimated shipping time.

You may have to pay import fees on your parcel, please refer to your government website for more information, as each country charges different amounts.

As our items are all true vintage, it is unlikely we will find the exact same product again. This is part of the beauty of vintage, but also one of the heartbreaks! Having said that, we have found similar, or in some cases the exact same, item months or years down the line, so it’s worth keeping a look out on our page. We post new items daily Sunday-Thursday and post previews of items on our Instagram stories, so if you’re on social media it’s easy to stay up to date on our newest stock.

- Yes! We wash and steam all items, so they’re ready to be worn and reloved.

- Please note, some items may arrive creased due to storage, so you may prefer to wash or iron it again.

- Dry clean only items will have been steamed. In some cases, we will wash dry clean only items on a delicate or wool wash if we think the fabric can tolerate it (washing machines are more advanced these days, so some dry clean only items are fine to be washed).

Our focus at Reloved Studio is on sourcing timeless, sustainable items that our customers, and the planet, love. Every item is handpicked, meaning we can focus on style and quality, selling clothing that will last a long time. We spend hours each week on repairs, and truly love each
item we sell.

 

Sourcing:

All items are sourced within the UK to reduce emissions. We have chosen our partners based on their sustainability promises. They either source their stock within the UK or offset their emissions when sourcing from abroad.

 

Washing:

We launder items using Ecozone wash-nuts (give it a google if you haven’t heard of them!) and air dry, to reduce impact on our planet. We also use a Guppybag for synthetic fabrics to catch any microplastics, so they don’t end up in our oceans (also worth a google!).

 

Packaging:

We have chosen our packaging carefully based on several factors.
Our business cards contain bee-friendly seeds and can be planted. Grey mailers are 100% recycled and recyclable at large supermarkets (don’t forget to cut out the postage label). We encourage you to reuse our packaging!

 

Repairs:

Around 50% of items we bring back to the studio need repairs, some minor and some major. From holes, to linings, zips, pilling, etc. we’ve seen it all! We pride ourselves in taking home all items that we love, no matter how large the repair. If you’d like to see some of the processes, check out our Tiktok page, where we often post process videos.
